I'm a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in Nutrition Sciences and Dietetics. My journey began in the halls of hospitals as an inpatient dietitian, where I witnessed firsthand the unsettling reality of our broken healthcare system. This eye-opening experience led me to develop a nutrition practice rooted in the wisdom of Hippocrates: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
Prices will be discussed at contracting. We can provide you with a claim form to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. For specific information regarding your coverage and reimbursement options, please contact your insurance provider directly.
"I was at my wit’s end when I first met Sue. I was passed from physician to physician with no help with my digestive issues. She was the first healthcare professional who did not discredit my symptoms and challenges. She allowed me to express my frustration and encouraged me to keep trying. She explained there is a lot of “junk” in the American diet with lots of additives and preservatives that can upset people’s GI tract. She got me off the junk/ultra-processed food and my symptoms are much improved, I can eat again, my acne is improved and so much more, I am happy, and no longer depressed."

"Sue is a wonderful dietitian who is very knowledgeable. She helped me reverse my diabetes, is a wonderful cheerleader and fully supported me in my quest to stay off medication. I lost 25 pounds; my A1C was 7.6%, which went down to 6.1% in three months. My doctor was shocked it was all done with nutrition and no medication."

"Sue was terrific in helping me manage my blood sugar while I was on prednisone which can make blood sugars rise. My blood sugar stayed in check and I didn’t have to go on insulin. She provides not only advice but tools to make you successful. She doesn’t just tell you to eat less and move more, but real tools, like recipes, cooking tips, and explanations as to her thought process. She has a reason for everything she does."
